My Subscribe & Save order failed. What can I do?
We’re sorry this happened. This can happen for a number of reasons, but we can help! Typically orders fail for two main reasons::
- You were issued a new card by your bank and we simply need to update your credit card payment method on your account. You can read this article on how to update your payment method, or we can help you personally with white-glove service!
- Your card has insufficient funds to process the account. We understand that timing payments can be a tricky dance sometimes and the difference between a few days can mean all the difference. If the payment method you have is otherwise in good standing we can reprocess the order and be good to go!
