How do I update my Subscribe & Save payment method?
This is one of our most asked questions! You can change your auto-shipping order payment method by following the next steps:
- You need to go into My Account > Payment Methods
- Once you are in there you are going to click the Add Payment Method button.
- If you already had a Subscribe & Save order you will get a message asking if you want to use the new payment method in your scheduled orders. Since you do, you must click the Update button!
- Congratulations! You’ve successfully changed the payment method of your scheduled order!
- If you already had 2 or more payment methods added to your account or didn’t click the Update button, you must go to the “Scheduled Orders” section of your account.
- Once you are there you must click the card dropdown and select your desired payment method.
