I didn’t get a discount with my coupon

Ugh, we hate when this happens! Please, take into consideration that coupons don’t work with Subscribe & Save orders meaning that, if you have a Subscribe & Save item in your cart you won’t be able/won’t get a discount if you use a coupon code.

That said, if you failed to use a coupon code or tried to use one but didn’t register, please send us a ticket to review your situation and possibly honor your coupon!
