My package hasn’t been delivered. Is it lost?

In the event that you do not receive your package or feel that it has been misplaced, you may contact us for tracking information. In most cases, this is a carrier issue and you will need to file a claim with the appropriate carrier immediately. Instructions for filing a claim are posted on both USPS and UPS websites.

Remember that you can find your tracking number under My Account > Orders. Once there review the order you want to check out by clicking the “View Order” button. In that menu you’ll be able to find your correspondent carrier and tracking number!
