Can I change the frequency of my subscription?
Yes, you can! You are not locked into any contract or held hostage in any way with your subscription. There are two ways of doing this:
- Under “My Account” > “Scheduled Orders” you can edit the frequency, amount, items, and payment method of your order as well as pause it (works just as if you were going to cancel it) if you don’t want to receive any more automatic orders.
- You can also send an email to hello@barilife.com, that way one of our customer service representatives will help you ASAP!
