My subscription order failed, what do I do?

Please send a support ticket using the customer service form by clicking the purple button on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, or email us at hello@barilife.com to speak with a customer service representative to help pinpoint the reason for the issue. This should be done in a timely manner to ensure your package is shipped out on the specified date. Most of the time we just restart the automatic shipping process, that way we assure you get your package as soon as possible :)
