How do I start a return or exchange?

First of all, we’re sorry our product didn’t work for you and/or is damaged.

Starting a return is super simple. Visit our Return Center, look up your order by order number and the email address you used to complete it, and follow the easy steps.

Your return request will be reviewed by our Customer Service team.

Once your return has been created, you’ll receive an RMA number and a shipping label. It’s important that you obtain your RMA number for a prompt return and refund/exchange.
