How do I start a return or exchange?

First of all, we’re sorry our product didn’t work for you and/or is damaged. If you want to issue a return you should send a ticket using the customer service form by clicking the purple button on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen or send us an email to with “Order #000000 Return” as a subject. One of our agents will help you as soon as possible!

Once your return has been created you’ll receive an RMA number and a shipping label. It’s important that you obtain your RMA number for a prompt return and refund/exchange.
